Choose a favorite cocktail, meaningful recipe, preferred spirit, event color, or flavor profile, and we’ll help turn it into your signature drink. Signature-drink service is available with every package and is included only when listed in your package or written proposal.

Basic full-bar foundation: We generally recommend one selected brand or type of vodka, rum, tequila, and whiskey or bourbon, with gin optional based on the menu. This means one spirit selection in each category—not necessarily one bottle. Bottle quantities are customized for the guest count, service time, and signature drink. Client supplies all alcohol. Ice, mixers, sodas and other nonalcoholic beverages are client-provided unless a separately quoted supply add-on is selected.

Ice is the client’s responsibility with every package unless the ice supply add-on is selected. Choose any of these optional services:

Pricing depends on guest count, service time, quantities and selected products. Your written proposal confirms who supplies each item and the final charge. Alcohol is always client-provided.

Bartender Tip Minimum: A $250 minimum in tips is required per bartender, per event. Guest tips count toward this minimum. If tips fall short, the client will be charged the difference after the event.
Weddings and prime Saturday dates have a $950 minimum. Events with 51–75 guests requesting the Classic service level are quoted with an additional per-guest charge or may be moved into the Luxe Experience. Premium freestanding bar upgrades start at $250. Final pricing is confirmed in your written proposal.

How much do your packages cost?
The Classic Pour starts at $650 for up to 50 guests and 4 hours. The Luxe Experience starts at $950 for up to 100 guests and 5 hours. The Elite Experience starts at $1,400 for 101+ guests, with a custom service plan. Weddings and prime Saturday dates have a $950 minimum. Add-ons and your final price are confirmed in your written proposal.
Who provides the alcohol?
You provide all alcohol. We help you plan what to buy with a personalized shopping list based on your guest count, service time, and drink menu. One selected spirit in each category means a brand or type—not just one bottle.
Do I need to supply ice, sodas, and mixers?
Yes. Ice, sodas, mixers, juices, and other nonalcoholic beverages are your responsibility unless you choose a paid supply add-on. We can provide ice, sodas and nonalcoholic beverages, or cocktail mixers for an additional custom-quoted charge. Your proposal confirms quantities, products, and who provides each item. Alcohol is always client-provided.
Can we choose our own signature cocktails or batch drinks?
Absolutely. Tell us your favorite flavors, colors, spirits, or event theme. We can help personalize your signature drink and discuss batch cocktails served by your bartender from glass gallon dispensers. Signature drinks and drink stations are included only when listed in your selected package or written proposal; otherwise, they are quoted as add-ons.
What does the bar setup look like?
The standard setup is a 6-foot table with fitted black or white linen. A premium freestanding bar is available starting at $250. Use the “View setup & personalization” buttons on the package cards to see examples, and confirm your preferred setup in your proposal.
Can I add personalized napkins or coasters?
Yes. Personalized cocktail napkins and event coasters each start at $75. Standard cocktail napkins are already included. The Signature Bar Personalization Package starts at $150 for your choice of custom napkins or coasters plus a coordinated cocktail menu or sign. Both together are custom quoted. Final pricing depends on quantity and design.
Where do you travel?
We serve Michiana and Northern Indiana, including South Bend, Elkhart, and surrounding 574 communities. Travel beyond Michiana is available at $1.25 per mile; your proposal confirms the travel charge.
How do I reserve my date?
Submit the booking form with your event details. We will review availability and prepare a proposal. Sending an inquiry does not reserve your date. Your date is reserved after your contract is signed and the 50% non-refundable retainer is paid. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.
How does the bartender tip minimum work?
There is a $250 minimum in tips per bartender, per event. Guest tips count toward that minimum. If they fall short, the client is charged only the difference after the event.
